Shipping and Handling Costs
Standard
Following credit card authorization
and verification of information, you
will receive your order within approximately
4 to 7 business days (Monday through
Friday, not including holidays).
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping
by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by
the next business day, pending credit
card authorization and verification.
Express orders usually arrive the
following business day after the ship
date. Express shipping to Rural Routes
and remote locations usually arrive
within 3 to 4 business days after
the ship date. Express Shipping is
not available for Alaska, Hawaii,
U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO,
or FPO addresses. Perfumes and colognes
may not be available for Express Shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping
carrier for your order. The carriers
that may be used are: U.S. Postal
Service (USPS), United Parcel Service
(UPS) or FedEX.
Estimating Delivery
Dates
If you're trying to estimate when
a package will be delivered, please
note the following:
- Credit card authorization and
verification must be received prior
to processing.
- Federal Express and UPS deliveries
occur Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.
Shipments to
International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept
or ship international orders.
Address Validation
To ensure your packages are delivered
to the correct address quickly, we
compare the address you entered to
the U.S. Postal Services (USPS) database
of valid address. That way, we can
help identify and correct any typos
or errors in the address you entered.
If we find a mis-match, we will show
you the errors USPS found and ask
you either to accept the recommended
changes or correct the address. While
we recommend you accept the changes
recommended by USPS, we do give you
the option to keep the address as
you entered it, in case you are sure
the address you entered is correct.
When we check the address with USPS,
we also add the +4 digits to your
zip code to ensure fast delivery.
